1. Using ScoutOne
ScoutOne provides recruiting profiles for high school athletes and evaluation tools for college coaches. You must provide accurate information, and you may only create an account for yourself or, as a parent or guardian, for an athlete in your care.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the film, photos, documents, and stats you upload. You grant ScoutOne a license to host and display that content on your profile so coaches can evaluate you. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
3. Verification
Verified badges reflect our review of the proof you submit. Submitting false measurements, film, or academic records may result in removal of verification or the account.
4. Coach conduct
Coaches must follow all applicable recruiting rules, including NCAA contact regulations. ScoutOne is not responsible for compliance with those rules on your behalf.
5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Because access is granted immediately, partial periods are non-refundable except where required by law or when a charge was clearly made in error — contact support within 14 days and we will review it. If a payment fails we will retry and email you; paid features pause until the balance is settled.
6. Intellectual property
ScoutOne, its name, logo, product design, and software are owned by ScoutOne. School names, team names, and logos remain the property of their respective institutions and appear only where licensed or approved; we display neutral placeholders otherwise. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute athlete data from the platform.
7. Disclaimer
ScoutOne does not guarantee recruitment, scholarship offers, exposure, or any specific outcome. The service is provided as-is, and profiles reflect information supplied by users.
8. Termination
You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
