Zero tolerance

ScoutOne has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. These guidelines apply to every profile, photo, video, measurement, document, message, and display name on ScoutOne. They are part of the Terms of Use (EULA).

Not allowed on ScoutOne

  • Harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks on any member
  • Threats of violence, or content that promotes or glorifies violence or self-harm
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate material — especially any content involving a minor
  • Sexual solicitation of, grooming of, or inappropriate contact with a minor
  • Impersonating another athlete, parent, coach, school, program, or ScoutOne staff
  • Scams, fraud, fake offers, pay-for-exposure schemes, or misleading recruiting claims
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or automated scraping of profiles
  • Exploitation of athletes, including demands for money, images, or personal information
  • Illegal activity, including the sale of drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods
  • Copyright infringement — uploading film, photos, music, or documents you do not own or have permission to share

  • Falsified measurements, film, transcripts, or verification evidence

Report and block

Every member can report a member or a piece of content, and can block any member, from a profile page or from inside a conversation. Blocking hides that member from your search results and messages, and prevents further contact. Reports are confidential — we never tell a member who reported or blocked them.

How we handle reports

Reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior are reviewed by the ScoutOne safety team within 24 hours. We remove violating content and we warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules. A single serious violation — such as sexual content involving a minor, a credible threat, or predatory contact — can result in immediate permanent removal without warning, and may be referred to law enforcement. ScoutOne also filters clearly prohibited language automatically on our servers.

Appeals and contact

If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, or you need to report something urgently, email affiliatenetwork80@gmail.com. Copyright complaints follow the process on our Copyright & DMCA page.
